Planetary position this week:

Pluto has retrograde last week on 16^th April 2014.

Mercury will enter into Aries from Pisces. Venus has already entered in Purvabhadrapad nakshatra. This is positive for bullion (especially Silver).

Strong position of Cardinal cross shall be made on 23^rd April 2014.

In this week, market shall experience high volatility. Stock market can have a major crash and swing. On Monday and Tuesday, sharp correction is possible. On Wednesday, supportive trend shall be seen. However again on Thursday and Friday, market shall trade in negative mode.

Planet wise, it’s one of the worst time phase for the stock market.

We will need to wait and watch the upcoming action in share market.

Overall, stock market shall continue in weakness with ups and downs till 5^th May 2014.

Last week, S&P500 JUN contract made a high of 1,861.

Important Levels for S&P500

Major resistance: 1,865-1,875.

If these major resistances aren’t crossed, then it could breach 1,805.  If 1,805 is breached, then you should be ready to see S&P500 around 1,765 or below.

Make short position in S&P500 with stop loss 1,867 with closing basis.

Those who had made short position @ 1,896 shall hold their position with stop loss 1,896.

If this Cardinal works then you will be able to see S&P500 @1,765-1,723.

PRECIOUS METALS

Venus’ transition in Purvabhadrapadh nakshatra has made bullion positive. Bullion shall remain in positive trend till 23 / 25 April 2014.

Any time, a big upward rally could be seen in price of gold and silver.

On Monday, if any big move is observed in positive direction then it could face a correction on Tuesday. However around Tuesday’s US hours, it would again recover and remain positive for Wednesday.

Trend shall be supportive for Thursday and Friday. An update would be sent in regard with the trend for Thursday and Friday.

On Monday, if a big move is seen in positive mode, please book 50% profit in long position and you can buy it back around Tuesday’s lows.

Overall, we do not expect GOLD to breach 1,275 and SILVER to breach 19.30.

In this week, if GOLD crosses 1,335 and SILVER crosses 20.30 then GOLD shall cross 1,380 and SILVER shall cross 21.80-22.00.
