Significant drop in equity market post FOMC

Our clients took short positions in S&P 500 @ 6077, Dow @ 44000, Nasdaq @ 21970 and Russell @ 2420. After the FOMC, a drop was observed in the market. While we are updating this post, S&P 500 is trading at 5944, Dow is trading at 42848, Nasdaq is trading at 21503 and Russell is trading at 2257.

Final Update: In the previous session, Dow closed at 42326 after making a high of 43688 and a low of 42300; S&P 500 closed at 5872 after making a low of 5838 and a high of 6070; Nasdaq closed at 21195 after making a high of 22072 and a low of 20997; Russell closed at 2225 after making a high of 2352 and a low of 2205.
