Stock Markets Around the globe

For the day and next day, some weakness is indicated in global stock indexes. However, on 21^st and 22^nd shall have bullish trend for stock market and then market shall again experience weakness on Friday.

By tomorrow, S&P500 can drop till 1,862 & below.

You are advised to make long position in S&P500 at 1,855-1,860 (or 21^st Asian hours) and hold this long position for 23^rd’s closing. Again, S&P500 would go up to 1,885-1,895.

PRECIOUS METALS

The day and next day shall be slightly positive.

By tomorrow, GOLD can go up to 1,298-1,306 while SILVER can go up to 19.60-19.80.

From 21^st, sharp correction shall start with ups and downs.

This shall continue till 10^th June 2014.

Gold may move in downward direction and drop to 1,228 and below while Silver may drop to 18.00 & below.

INDUSTRIAL METALS

Copper shall trade positive till tomorrow.

Again, correction is indicated from 21^st.

ENERGY PRODUCTS

CRUDE OIL

Crude Oil shall be volatile to positive till 22^nd May 2014.

From 23^rd, correction shall start, which shall last till end of this month.

NATURAL GAS

Above 4.40, NG shall go up to 4.45-4.50. 

US TREASURY BOND

Bonds shall be slightly positive for today and tomorrow.

From Wednesday, sharp decline shall be observed in treasury bonds, which shall last till Thursday (22^nd May 2014). And again from 23^rd, it shall move in positive direction.

Your strategy shall be “sell on rise” up to 22^nd May 2014.

INDIAN STOCK MARKET

Today, Indian market shall be highly volatile.

Profit booking is expected in second half.

Tomorrow as well, volatile to weak trend is expected.

Bullish trend shall be observed on 21^st and 22^nd May 2014. And again, profit booking is possible on 23^rd May 2014.
