The trend ahead for global financial markets

Global Stock Indices

American markets traded as per our prediction by moving upward of 2-3%. S&P500 made a high of 2819 while NASDAQ crossed 7300. We’ve advised booking profit in long position at higher level. At current market price, it is now being advised to short (50%) indices.

Precious Metals

Either today or tomorrow, bullion may decline. With S/L of 1220 and 14.50, hold long in Gold and Silver. From Friday, trend shall again be favorable for precious metals.

MCX traders can hold long in Gold with S/L 31800 and Silver with S/L 38790.

Industrial Metals

Hold long position in Copper with S/L 2.72 for target 2.83 – 2.95.

Crude Oil

Crude oil made a high of 72.44. Today onwards, it shall start to decline. By next week, it may breach 68. It is advised to short oil at CMP.

Currency Pairs

EURO (EUR/USD)

It is advised to long EUR/USD at lower level. In the previous session, we asked you to book 50% profit @ 1.1610.

POUND (GBP/USD)

It is advised to long GBP/USD at lower level. In the previous session, we asked you to book 50% profit @ 1.3210.

YEN (USD/JPY)

Short USD/JPY at higher level.

INDIAN RUPEE (USD/INR)

Book 50% profit in short position @ 73.20.

DOLLAR INDEX

Short dollar index around 95. In next week, it may drop down to 93.50.

Indian market closed bullish in the previous session. Nifty closed at 10585 while Bank Nifty closed at 25,601. We had following position BTST (for our live trading members):

  • SBI @ 265
  • INFOSYS @ 693

Today, market will open bullish. After 10 minutes of opening, it will move towards correction. With volatility, this downtrend may continue till next Wednesday.

Within 10 minutes of opening, it is advised to book profit in long position of stocks, indices and call options. If you like, you can make 50% short in Nifty and Bank Nifty.
