The future of metals and stocks in May end
Global Stock Indices:
Five planets (Mars, Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Sun) shall be in Taurus. Moon will be posited with Saturn and Rahu. This indicates the planets shall loose their natural strength.
A lunar eclipse shall be there on 25th May 2013 due to which market shall be uncertain for period 20-28th May 2013 (with negative bias).
Today, it is full moon (& moon is in Scorpio sign) which shall keep the market highly volatile.
Stock market and bullion shall be highly volatile.
Asian opening shall be positive but at closing hours, it can be negative.
Do not make long term positions, instead trade intra-day.
Monday’s opening could be positive (but US, UK market is closed). And hence, it is not recommended to carry forward long positions for next week.
VIEW ON PRECIOUS METALS
Today, precious metals shall trade both sides.
Heavy volatility is expected in precious & industrial metals.
At lower levels, you can buy and at higher levels, you can sell (for precious metals).
Also note that, in next week, a considerable fall shall be observed in bullion.
View On Energy Products:
Mix trend is expected in Crude Oil.
Hold long position in Natural Gas for target 4.35 with stop loss 4.20.
Currencies:
EUR/USD shall be highly volatile and both side trend could be seen. You can sell EUR/USD on higher level and buy EUR/USD at lower levels.
View on Indian Stock Market:
Today, Indian stock market shall open positive. But in second half, it shall be highly volatile.
